1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
- During peak seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.), processing time may extend to 3-5 business days.
- We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which includes your tracking number.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order placement.

Important Notes for International Orders:
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
- Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status by:

- Visiting our website and entering your order number and email address in the "Track Order" page

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the confirmation email.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military addresses.
- We cannot ship to locations outside of the countries listed in Section 3 at this time.
- Some oversized or heavy items may have additional shipping fees, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

- We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package has been stolen, please contact your local police department and the shipping carrier directly.
7. Address Changes
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only change addresses before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
